Newborn Photography Studio Opening in Forest of Dean September 2020
My new studio is currently underway and it’s going to be beautiful!!!
The perfect space for some newborn clients and it’s located in the Forest of Dean, within a lovely rural setting and the backdrop works perfectly for some outdoor portraits as well as the studio, you can simply add on an outdoor family portrait within your allocated studio time.
Covid-19 precautions will be adhered to at all times, hand washing facilities are to be used thoroughly by clients and myself upon arrival and during the shoot itself, masks and gloves will be worn. Only one client per day will be booked into the studio space and thorough cleaning of all materials, backdrops and props will be undertaken between each photo shoot.
The ideal time for a newborn shoot it within the first 7-14 days of your baby being born, although it’s a good idea to get the shoot booked in the later stages of pregnancy. Once your baby has arrived you simply get in touch and we book in your time slot. Within a newborn photo shoot I aim to achieve a beautiful array of portraits of baby, baby and parents and/or siblings to create a lovely memory of your little one being so small. It's such a special time and the shoot itself is very relaxed, with plenty of breaks for feeding, changes and cuddles! The photoshoot itself generally takes around 2-3 hours and I am for a 10am start time.
I have plenty of props in the studio but I always encourage families to bring along a special item especially for your little one, either a sign, a teddy, particular outfit or knitted blanket that we can incorporate into the shoot as well.
